iteeth: Tomorrow is the nine-year anniversary of the start of the Iraq War. And this weekend, Michael Rakowitz’s ongoing art project Enemy Kitchen hits the streets of Chicago. In a specially designed food truck (followable at @EnemyKitchen on Twitter), Iraqi war veterans and refugees will prepare and serve regional Iraqi cuisine. Pictured: Rakowitz’s sketches for the truck, via Art:21.
